Delete your data

How to request deletion
There are two independent steps. Do either or both.
- To erase data on your device — uninstall QuickPDF. Documents you created, your recent-files list and all app settings are stored only on the device and are removed with the app. We never receive them.
- To erase data on our servers — email support@uniqueedge.dev with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- If you use the website, send the request from the email address on the account.
- If you only use the mobile app, say so in the email. There is no account, and the only thing linking a record to you is an anonymous device identifier, so we will reply with how to supply it and then remove the matching record. If you have already uninstalled, tell us and we will explain what remains — an orphaned identifier that is never reused and is not linked to your name, email or anything else about you.
We confirm by reply and complete deletion within 30 days. There is no charge, and you do not need an account to ask.
What is deleted, and what is kept

One exception we cannot waive: where a purchase has been made, the transaction record may be retained where tax or accounting law requires it, separately from your profile. Payments are processed by Google Play and the Apple App Store — we never hold your card details, and those stores keep their own records under their own policies.
Deleting the whole account
The mobile apps have no account to delete — removing the device record described above is the equivalent, and it leaves nothing behind that identifies you. For a website account, the same email request deletes the account and everything listed above together.
