How to Reorder and Delete Pages in a PDF

Documents rarely come out in perfect order. Pages get scanned back-to-front, an extra blank sheet sneaks in, or the appendix needs to move to the end. Fixing it by hand used to mean specialist software — now it's drag-and-drop.

Organize in three steps

  1. Open Organize PDF and load your file — every page shows as a thumbnail.
  2. Drag pages into the order you want, and click the trash icon on any page to remove it.
  3. Click Apply & download to save a clean, reordered PDF.

A brand-new file is generated; your original on disk is never changed.

When it saves the day

  • A double-sided scan that came out interleaved.
  • Removing blank separator pages from a batch scan.
  • Moving a cover or appendix into the right position.

Tip: Assembling from several files first? Merge them, then reorder the combined document here.
